Great Marijuana Is Just Around The Cannabend

Cannabend is a great shop for all of your marijuana needs and makes a great first stop for you. They have a decent selection of weed like their “Voyager 1” Sativa that seems to be a fan favorite. Besides that, their selection on everything from pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates are nothing short of vast, so plan on spending some time here.

The place definitely doesn’t feel like a new-age cannabis shop; it’s cozy like a hobby shop or something that makes browsing the selection even more interesting. The people at the counter can steer you in the right direction if you’re looking to try new stuff. Even if you don’t want to spend time browsing the shop in person, you can place an order online and pick it up in the store. The bottom line is you should give this place a try when you come to Bend.

Take A Hike On Mount Bachelor

It’s not “in” the city per se, but Mount Bachelor is only a short car ride away from Bend. Mount Bend is an inactive volcano that offers people all kinds of entertainment options depending on the time of year that you go. For spring or summer travellers, you can hike the trails, see wildlife, and see the local Mount Bachelor Observatory.

Eat Up at The Blacksmith Restaurant

What’s cooler than eating at a restaurant that was formerly a blacksmith? This restaurant is somewhat high-end with a specialty in American cuisine. It’s a brick building that is unassuming from the outside but a warm and welcoming atmosphere inside. Most people come here for their incredible steaks, so if you want a great Tomahawk and sides, this is the place to be. It wouldn’t be Oregon without some seafood, though, so their Tuna Tower is another local favorite. Great food in a really cool building- you’ll love this combination.
